On 25th May 2018 the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has come into force. Given the specialised nature of our business and our individual client contact, we assume you wish to keep receiving information about our collection and activities. 

What information do we hold?

As either a (former) client or contact of Pronk Antiek VOF, we currently hold your data that consists of your name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address. We also hold a record of the objects you purchased from us and in which year(s) they were acquired. The information is held in our database which is secure and only accessible by us.

What do we do with your details?

We use your information in three main ways:

1)      for distributing newsletters, event information and invitations, by us or an organisation acting specifically on our behalf.

2)      for contacting you concerning objects you have acquired or are in your collection


In no circumstance will we either add irrelevant information to your file or share your personal details with any other unrelated organisation or private individual without first seeking your permission.

You have the right to see a copy of your data and rectify any omissions and errors.

You have the right to ask us to delete your data or unsubscribe at any time to our mailings, publicity, e-bulletins or any other form of contact. Please contact us either by email or post to let us know if you explicitly do not wish to be listed on our archival record or to receive our mailings.
