An Imperial dish with dragon decoration

Kangxi mark and of the period (1662–1722). Jingdezhen, Incised “anhua” white-on-coral red decoration: five-clawed dragons amongst clouds, one forming a central roundel, the others extending to the reverse of the dish. The rim left in white. The base with a six-character Kangxi reign mark in underglaze blue. A comparable example is preserved in the Musée Guimet, Paris (Grandidier Collection, inv. no. 1001). link
